This website is operated by International Waste Trade Material SRL (registration number (CUI) 49280957, VAT number RO49280957), București, Sectorul 1, Strada Știrbei Vodă, Nr. 4, Scara 4, Etaj 2, Ap. 127, Romania. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
2. Data we collect
When you send an inquiry through our contact form we collect the information you provide: your name, company name, email address, phone number (optional), subject, material type, estimated quantity (optional) and message. When you email or call us directly, we receive the details you choose to share.
3. How we use your data
We use this information only to respond to your inquiry, to prepare and manage business relationships you request, and to meet our legal and administrative obligations. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business inquiries and, where applicable, taking steps at your request before entering into a contract.
4. Service providers
This website is hosted on Netlify, which also receives and stores contact form submissions on our behalf. The site loads fonts from Google Fonts and shows an embedded Google Maps view on the contact page; these services may receive technical data such as your IP address when the content loads.
5. Retention
We keep inquiry data only as long as needed for the purposes above, or as required by applicable law.
6. Your rights
Under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP).
