Sorting lines inside a material recovery facility

Our process

From inquiry to delivery, managed with precision

International waste trading requires strict administrative precision. Here is how we take a trade from the first conversation to the recycling facility.

Step by step

How a trade works

Each shipment follows a clear sequence so that suppliers and buyers always know where their material stands.

  1. 01

    Inquiry & Specification

Suppliers and buyers share the material type, grade, estimated quantity, origin or destination and delivery requirements. We clarify the technical specifications that apply to the trade.

  2. 02

    Sourcing & Matching

Through our network we connect dependable suppliers with recycling facilities whose requirements match the material — waste paper grades for paper mills, polymer categories for plastic recyclers.

  3. 03

    Grading & Quality Control

Material is checked against the agreed grading standards so that traded waste paper and plastic meet the exact technical specifications of the buyer.

  4. 04

    Contract & Documentation

We put contracts in place and manage the applicable green-list waste documentation, customs clearance and required local environmental permits.

  5. 05

    International Transport

Sea freight and road logistics are planned and coordinated to move the material efficiently from origin to destination.

  6. 06

    Delivery & Long-Term Partnership

Material reaches the recycling facility, where it is reintegrated into the circular economy — and the relationship continues with the next shipment.
